This is a remote position.
Schedule: Flexible anytime 20 hours per week.Scope:
Minimum 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time depending on workload
Fully remote position
Primary focus on design work with additional administrative responsibilities
No phone calls required; communication primarily through email and design software
Responsibilities:
Create and modify studio designs using SketchUp and Layout
Develop construction plans for home recording studios
Manage and respond to emails using Pipedrive CRM
Upload content to YouTube and manage the channel
Manage and send email lists using Kajabi
Track work hours using EverHour
Assist with basic administrative tasks and follow-ups
Requirements:
Proficiency in SketchUp and Layout for studio design
Experience with Pipedrive CRM, Kajabi, and YouTube
Familiarity with EverHour or willingness to learn quickly
Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
Understanding of or strong interest in acoustics and studio design principles
