About the roleReporting to our Director of Marketing, this role will be critical in helping PackageX cement our content-driven thought leadership and pipeline growth strategy in the logistics space.This individual will help PackageX establish our brand by creating awareness, and will help create pipeline with our target accounts by executing against our content strategy at each stage of the sales pipeline and our active customer base. In this role, you will:·Support the existing scaling efforts of a robust content marketing program to position PackageX for accelerated growth at a strategic and tactical level.·Support the lifecycle strategy set across each stage of the sales funnel to build authority and drive conversion to support our KPIs for new business and customer upsell.·Ability to write content for ebook, guides, social media, employee social, videos and identify and managing freelance writers to scale execution when needed.·Help the creation of an evergreen podcast or video series to be distributed on all marketing channels.·Help or own social media posting for our key leadership team and employees.·Cultivate and own strong relationships with third-party organizations, acting as a marketing leader to support the development and execution of collaborative marketing efforts and campaigns.·Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to cultivate themes that tie directly to buyer personas and growth goals.·Create snackable, spin-off content from larger marketing pieces to make them accessible to various audiences across different formats and channels.·Oversee copy for executive leadership presentations, events, website and pivotal sales materials as an extension of our brand narrative guidelines.· Enable our sales teams with the positioning and context to use new marketing collateral.· Operate as a thought partner for design and growth marketing to bring content to life in unique and engaging formats while also driving true pipeline impact.· Assist in establishing a brand messaging standard.·Evaluate content performance data and optimize content accordingly.·Collaborate closely with the demand gen team to manage and maintain content for key campaigns and customer marketing nurturing.·Manage our internal content library to enable our sales department to execute against joint OKRs. We are looking for someone who has:· Experience: 5-10+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce sectors.·Experience writing for technical audiences and personas at enterprise companies is a big plus!·Experience flexing creative muscle to surface thought leadership narratives and brand messaging from sales org data and cross-functional collaboration· A proven problem solver with an analytical mindset who can be scrappy and test, and learn quickly·Exceptional cross-functional collaboration that is action-oriented and receptive to feedback· Experience writing for technical audiences and personas at enterprise companies is a big plus! The compensation range for this role is:In addition to other forms of compensation like perks, benefits, and stock options, the salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 CAD per year. The final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skillset, experience, and geographic location.
