We are seeking a French-speaking Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support, manage communications, and streamline processes to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.

  2. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, phone, and chat.

  3. Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain digital files and documents, ensuring easy access and up-to-date records.

  4. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, input data, and prepare reports as needed.

  5. Task Coordination: Coordinate with team members and assist with project timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

  6. General Assistance: Provide ad hoc support for various team projects, adapting quickly to the needs of the team.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other remote collaboration tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
