Job Description

As an Outreach Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s lead generation efforts, crafting personalized messages that resonate with C-suite executives and decision-makers. You’ll leverage cutting-edge research techniques and automation tools to create highly targeted outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn platforms. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth prospect research using LinkedIn and other professional platforms
  • Craft compelling, personalized email templates and LinkedIn messages
  • Manage high-volume outreach campaigns while maintaining quality and personalization
  • Initiate and nurture conversations with senior-level executives
  • Connect with potential clients on LinkedIn using provided client accounts
  • Use CRM and email automation tools to schedule and track outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with team members to refine strategies and improve response rates
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to optimize results

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, or lead generation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong research abilities and attention to detail
