Our hybrid working culture includes three office days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) at our Berlin headquarters. Looking ahead, we’re also growing London as our second location, with a new office planned for 2025.

This fully remote role is open to individuals based in the Philippine timezone and offers 23 days of vacation/personal leave annually.

Your role at Kittl

As a Growth Marketer focused on Organic Acquisition, you will drive organic traffic and improve search rankings through strategic SEO optimization. You’ll collaborate with product and content teams to develop high-impact campaigns, enhance user engagement, and boost conversion rates. Your contributions will directly influence Kittl’s growth by maximising visibility and performance through non-paid channels.

What you’ll do

  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic

  • Content Strategy and Creation: Collaborate with teams to create and optimise content that aligns with growth goals and boosts engagement

  • Link-building and Outreach: Oversee link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to enhance domain authority and organic reach

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics to refine strategies

  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyse competitors' strategies to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in organic acquisition

What you’ll need

  • Proven SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page, off-page optimization, and technical SEO

  • Content Strategy & Optimization: Experience in developing and optimising content strategies to drive organic growth

  • Link-building & Outreach: Strong understanding of link-building strategies and outreach to improve domain authority

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis and ongoing performance metrics

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, strategy presentations, and team collaboration

Interview process

  • Recruiter interview (30 min)

  • Technical home assignment

  • Technical interview with Growth Lead & Senior Product Manager (45 min)

  • Bar raiser interview with Chief of Staff, right hand to CEO (30 min)
