Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives and amplify our brand presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and content creation, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating and curating content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to gauge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to optimize web content for search engines.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and analytics.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging tools/technologies to refine strategies.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors when necessary to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the startup or venture capital space is a plus.
  • Excellent English level (Advanced and + - its a MUST)
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
