Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in driving the success of a visionary entrepreneur during a critical expansion phase. This role combines high-level administrative support with financial management and strategic project assistance. You’ll be deeply involved in the US market entry, product launches, and streamlining of daily operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage intricate scheduling and correspondence across international time zones
  • Handle personal and business email integration, ensuring efficient communication flow
  • Conduct comprehensive research for strategic initiatives, including new product launches and market entry strategies
  • Assist with bookkeeping and personal financial organization, bridging business and personal financial management
  • Support international travel logistics and visa application processes
  • Aid in planning and executing the opening of a new US branch

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role
  • Strong bookkeeping and financial management skills, with ability to handle complex financial tasks
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and adept at managing multiple priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in various software tools for scheduling, research, and financial management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Self-starter with strong decision-making capabilities and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of international business operations and cross-cultural communication
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise high-level discretion
  • Willingness to grow responsibilities as the business expands internationally
