Executive Assistant with Social Media Management experience - (ZR_17937_JOB)

Scope:

  • 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Orlando, FL Time
  • Remote work with flexibility to align with Orlando, FL business hours
  • Opportunity to serve as a key communication facilitator within the company

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create basic social media content in both English and Spanish
  • Create and send customer estimates for carpentry installation projects
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support business operations
  • Translate communications between English and Spanish as needed
  • Assist with customer inquiries in both languages
  • Facilitate communication between English-speaking management and Spanish-speaking workshop staff
  • Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, bilingual work environment





Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required / written and verbal)
  • Experience with social media management for business purposes
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Canva
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both languages
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent
  • Experience in translation or interpretation is a plus
