Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant with a marketing background, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth initiatives. This role involves a combination of marketing, sales, and executive support tasks. You will be responsible for content management, CRM support, lead generation, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team. The ideal candidate will have experience with tools like Squarespace, HubSpot, and ClickUp, as well as strong copywriting and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Copywriting:

  • Create engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Develop follow-up email campaigns for expired bookings.
  • Write product descriptions and promotional materials.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Assist in marketing strategies, content management, and CRM support.

Sales and Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and communicate their key benefits.
  • Assist guests with researching flight times aligned with transfer schedules.
  • Answer questions about hotel amenities and general inquiries.
  • Write and update FAQs for the website.

Administrative Support:

  • Help the Bookings Manager upload products to the booking system.
  • Research flights for future products.
  • Perform various administrative tasks.

Inbox Management:

  • Manage the customer support inbox with timely responses.
  • Prioritize and escalate complex inquiries.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions.

Product Knowledge:

  • Quickly learn products and understand how to sell them.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong and proven marketing and sales support experience.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, CRM tools, and copywriting. (Squarespace, MailChimp, Canva, HubSpot or Salesforce, ClickUp, Slack, Zoom)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent support.
  • Keen copywriting skills to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proficiency in using email and online booking systems.
  • Great written English to communicate effectively with guests.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience managing social events or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp and Canva.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and e-commerce tools (Shopify).
