The Global Belonging & Social Impact Manager will be a key contributor in implementing Vimeo's global belonging and social impact strategy. This role will support the execution of DEIB programs and initiatives, working closely with the Sr. Director and collaborating with various members of the People team and business leaders.
What You'll Do:
- Program Management:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of DEIB programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, communications, and materials.
- Track program progress and measure impact.
- Identify opportunities for program improvement and make recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including ERG leaders, HR business partners, and business leaders.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to engage stakeholders in DEIB initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about DEIB programs and progress.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect and analyze DEIB data to track progress and identify trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations on DEIB metrics for various audiences.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Content Development:
- Create and curate engaging content for DEIB initiatives, including presentations, articles, and social media posts.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources.
- Ensure all content is aligned with Vimeo's DEIB strategy and messaging.
- ERG Support:
- Provide guidance and support to ERGs (reonboarding new members, coordinating events, and managing budgets)
- Serve as a liaison between ERGs and the DEIB team.
- Empower ERGs to contribute to Vimeo's DEIB goals.
- Training & Development:
- Assist in the development and delivery of DEIB training programs.
- Coordinate training logistics and track participant attendance.
- Identify and recommend external training resources.
Skills and Knowledge You Should Possess:
- 4+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) or a related field.
- A solid understanding of DEIB best practices and a passion for creating an inclusive workplace.
- Experience supporting DEIB programs and initiatives is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Base Salary Range:
- NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles: $101,000 - $138,500
- All other US cities outside above metro areas: $90, 900 - $124,650
