As the Product Design Manager for the “Booking” area, you will oversee the end-to-end experience for patients, from discovering the right doctor or clinic to securing an appointment online. You will be instrumental in creating a seamless, intuitive journey that meets user needs while driving engagement and conversion. We are looking for an experienced design leader with a background in e-commerce and a passion for user-centered design. You should bring a strong understanding of digital booking flows, user behaviour, and optimization strategies to elevate the patient experience and align with our business objectives.
Lead a talented, diverse, inclusive team of product designers that consistently delivers on projects and is well-balanced across a range of design skill sets.
Build a culture of design excellence within Docplanner and advocate for user-centric design solutions and processes.
Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content designers.
Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable products for our users.
Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Docplanner’s products.
Identify design opportunities by connecting user’s insights, data and business goals.
Define, craft, and evolve designs within visual systems and/or standards specific to Docplanner.
Profound understanding of how great design drives key business KPIs and overall business objectives.
Proactively solicit and provide feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship.
Cultivate a healthy design process for the team at Docplanner, and be a key contributor to our product strategy.
Effectively communicate your team's product goals (both within the team and outside the team) at Docplanner, and connect related projects across the company so that problems or joint decisions can be resolved quickly.
Experience working in Product organizations in fast-paced environments.
Higher education in a design-related degree or similar experience in a product design role is welcome.

Successfully worked in complex, consumer-facing international businesses, solving difficult product challenges across multiple platforms, services, and use cases.

7+ years’ of UX Design background with evidence of expertise in end-to-end design.
Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling midsize Product Design teams.
Proven understanding of business goals and product metrics to drive design and product decisions.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Experience working with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Solid understanding of A/B testing, including when to experiment, test setup, and interpretation of results.
Strong UI skills, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to create visually appealing designs.
