WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this role, you will:
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and sustain partnerships with state, local government and education (SLED) clients and staff augmentation employees to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
- Market Staffing Solutions: Attend conferences and industry events to promote MGT’s staffing capabilities and expand client networks.
- Contract Management: Monitor contracts to ensure timely extensions or redeployment of staff members, minimizing disruptions.
- Proposal Development: Assist with or lead the preparation and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and related client proposals.
- Payroll and Compliance: Audit biweekly payroll and assist with onboarding and offboarding for staff augmentation employees.
- Client Support: Respond to inquiries, coordinate presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Data and Reporting: Prepare reports and analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making for client projects.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Strategy, Communications, or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in human resources, staffing, operations, similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Prior experience working with state, local government and education (SLED) clients.
- Prior staffing industry experience.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Familiarity with the RFP/RFQ process.
- Understanding of local government policies and procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
