Job Description

As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of digital marketing trends, crafting compelling content and managing social media strategies for multiple high-profile clients. This role offers a unique blend of creativity and analytics, allowing you to flex your video editing and graphic design skills while diving deep into performance metrics. You’ll work closely with our content team, transforming raw footage from monthly content days into engaging social media posts that resonate with each client’s audience. Responsibilities
  • Create and manage content calendars using Notion for multiple personal branding clients
  • Edit and produce engaging video content from provided footage
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visual assets for social media posts
  • Craft compelling captions that capture each client’s unique voice
  • Manage and schedule content across various social media platforms
  • Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights
  • Generate innovative content ideas aligned with client branding and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the agency team on content strategy and execution
  • Attend virtual planning meetings and contribute creative input

Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in personal branding or small business contexts
  • Must have a high level of video editing skills (portfolio required)
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting abilities for social media
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting
  • Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., Notion) and file storage systems (e.g., Dropbox)
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to juggle multiple client accounts
  • Creative mindset with a knack for generating fresh content ideas
  • Adaptability to different brand voices and communication styles
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
