We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Servicing team at Marsh. This role will be based in Kampala- Uganda. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an established and client-focused team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will have the chance to build and maintain excellent relationships with our clients, providers, and colleagues across the Group.
Driving the business strategy for the department.
Ensuring financial Management and Reporting (Credit Control; Forecasting; Budgeting and Expense Control)
Taking ownership for all technical functions including all product development and policy wording enhancement for clients policies.
Maintaining good client and Insurance Market relationships.
Closing to markets/obtaining market confirmation of cover.
To be successful in this role, you must be self-driven, have a team spirit and a minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance and client management.
Strong presentation, negotiation, written and verbal communication.
Problem-solving, and administration skills.
A customer service-oriented mindset, initiative
Tenacity, and meticulousness are essential.
Additionally, you should have a first degree in any field and a professional insurance qualification. Established relationships with the Uganda and regional insurance market are an added advantage.
