Scope:
Initially 20 hours per week with potential to transition to full-time
Monday to Friday anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM Miami, FL time
Potential to expand role to include business development tasks for a hospitality-focused enterprise
Opportunity to work on similar projects for multiple clients in different geographic areas
Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted research on LinkedIn to identify potential network members
Create and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects
Craft and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and exclusive dining events
Manage follow-ups and maintain detailed notes on all interactions
Assist in planning and coordinating invite-only networking events
Generate regular reports on outreach efforts and network growth
Requirements:
Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms for professional networking
Strong research and data management skills
Excellent written communication skills in English
Experience with CRM systems or database management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with the finance or hospitality industries is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
