Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative Google Ads strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals and target audience
- Manage and optimize multiple Google Ads campaigns simultaneously, ensuring peak performance and ROI
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement advanced targeting techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results
- Optimize landing pages in collaboration with web development teams to enhance conversion rates
- Provide regular, insightful performance reports to clients, translating complex data into actionable recommendations
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing approaches and cohesive strategies
- Contribute to the agency’s growth by sharing knowledge and innovative ideas with team members
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results
- Deep understanding of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into effective strategies
- Experience managing substantial ad budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other relevant tools for performance tracking and reporting
- Google Ads certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for digital marketing and a drive to stay updated with industry trends and innovations
- Experience working with clients across various industries is highly desirable
