- Manage incoming communications professionally, handling phone calls and emails with poise
- Orchestrate complex calendars and schedule critical appointments
- Coordinate consultations and efficiently manage the referral process
- Support executive-level operations with discretion and efficiency
- Ensure HIPAA compliance across all communications and operational tasks
- Optimize operational processes to enhance overall efficiency
- Act as a key liaison between executives, clients, and internal departments

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Proven track record in customer service or client relations, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations or willingness to obtain certification quickly
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Adaptability to changing priorities and comfort with a dynamic work environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus
