As the Campaign Manager for Europe, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and demand generation for 1NCE. This role will focus on identifying and targeting key customer segments, ensuring the seamless execution of integrated campaigns, and optimizing results. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and effectively engage our target audience.
- Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand generation, aligned with 1NCE’s regional and global objectives. Create marketing plans that focus on generating high-quality leads, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing customer acquisition.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns aimed at lead generation, including email marketing, paid advertising, events, social media, and content marketing. Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with demand generation goals.
- Lead & Demand Generation: Drive demand generation efforts by identifying key market segments, building targeted campaigns, and optimizing lead conversion. Implement strategies for lead nurturing, scoring, and sales handoff, ensuring a seamless flow from lead acquisition to sales conversion.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and use insights to optimize future campaigns. Provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders and adjust strategies based on data-driven results.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize a variety of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing, to generate leads and nurture customer relationships. Focus on driving traffic and conversions across all digital platforms.
- Project Management: Manage the execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Work cross-functionally with design, content, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Campaign Execution & Asset Management: Develop and manage campaign assets including landing pages, emails, webinars, whitepapers, banners, and social media content. Ensure assets are aligned with the overall campaign strategy and brand guidelines.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment across campaigns and customer touchpoints. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet expectations and generate desired outcomes.
- Creative Campaign Development: Develop innovative and creative campaigns that drive engagement and demand. Ensure campaigns are tailored to customer needs and deliver impactful messaging.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any challenges that arise during campaign execution. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities or market changes to ensure campaign success.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. Track lead generation metrics, optimize content and targeting, and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Your skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation and campaign management, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, or IoT industries.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive business growth.
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and lead funnel management.
- Expertise in campaign management, project execution, and multi-channel marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred Requirements
- Experience in the IoT, technology, or SaaS sectors.
- Understanding of European markets and customer behavior.
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tactics.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.

Your interview process
There will be three online meetings :
- First meeting with Recruiter to align on position details
