This is a full-time position, with supported work modes being onsite/hybrid in one of our offices or fully-remote.Your mission
As the Performance Marketing Manager at 1NCE, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various channels. You will leverage your deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analytics, and ROI optimization to enhance our brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition efforts. We are seeking a results-driven individual with a passion for performance marketing and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies that align with our business goals.
- Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Execution: Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs.
- Optimization: Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:
- Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and drive business growth.
- Dashboards: Develop and maintain performance dashboards for real-time monitoring of marketing activities.
- Budget Management:
- Allocation: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum efficiency and return on investment.
- Optimization: Monitor spend across channels and optimize the budget allocation based on performance data.
- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:
- Strategy: Design and execute strategies to drive high-quality leads and customer acquisition through paid media channels.
- Alignment: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales targets.
- Conversion: Develop and implement retargeting and nurturing strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaboration & Integration:
- Creatives: Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of performance marketing activities with broader marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with external agencies and partners to optimize campaigns and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Innovation: Bring innovative ideas and strategies to test new channels and approaches for customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Experimentation: Experiment with emerging digital marketing tools and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Your skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Success: Proven track record of managing successful PPC, SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and social media ad platforms.
- Platforms: Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Budgeting: Strong understanding of budget management and ROI optimization.
- Passion: Passion for continuous learning and staying current with digital marketing trends.
