About this role:

Astronomer is seeking a Marketing Operations Leader to own and scale our marketing operations strategy. • Drive the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of high-performing B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and growth goals.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders to enhance marketing and sales alignment, utilizing CRM and automation tools to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.

  • Partner with Sales Operations to architect and implement a cutting-edge ABM-driven marketing infrastructure that supports sustainable growth and delivers high-value outcomes.

  • Own the vision and strategy for the growth and evolution of the marketing technology stack, ensuring it scales with the needs of the business.

  • Lead data-driven insights and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions, optimizing future marketing initiatives to drive results and ROI.

  • Continuously evaluate the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, championing innovation and transformation to stay ahead of the curve and drive operational excellence.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a tech-focused B2B environment.

  • Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo, with a strong understanding of marketing automation best practices.

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Intent, ABM, and Enrichment technologies.

  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing complex, global marketing projects.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with teams across different geographies.

  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in Account and Intent scoring
