About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least three (3) years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency setting, and a proven track record of handling large budgets. This role focuses on driving performance through precise campaign setup, optimization, and in-depth reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Setup and Management
- Create, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, Retargeting, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Optimization and Maintenance
- Perform keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize ad copy and extensions to improve CTR and conversion rate.
- Adjust bidding strategies and budgets to the performance goals.
- Conduct regular A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Generate, analyze, and present performance reports using Excel, including pivot tables.
- Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced Tools and Techniques
- Execute bulk campaign edits using Excel or Google Ads Editor.
- Stay updated with Google Ads updates, best practices, and industry trends.
About You:- At least three (3) years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency setting.
- In-depth understanding of Google Ads metrics and their calculations, including CTR, CR, CPC, and CPA.
- Proficiency in bulk editing using Excel and Google Ads Editor.
- Advanced Excel skills, particularly in creating pivot tables for reporting.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools such as Keyword Planner and SEMrush.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and optimize ad copy for search campaigns.
- Thorough knowledge of campaign structures, audience targeting, and bid management strategies.
