As a Personal Assistant with Admin and Bookkeeping Skills, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and organization for both the family business and personal affairs. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing business communications to handling personal scheduling. You’ll utilize your expertise in Xero bookkeeping software to maintain financial records while also tackling administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied work environment and excels at juggling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to business and personal email correspondence promptly
  • Organize and maintain business documents, invoices, and filing systems
  • Track expenses and chase receipts, utilizing Xero for accurate bookkeeping
  • Liaise with suppliers, maintaining positive business relationships
  • Create and update to-do lists for business and personal tasks
  • Set reminders for school-related deadlines and manage notifications
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks in Xero, including invoice management and reconciliation
  • Prioritize and manage a diverse workload across business and personal domains


Requirements



  • Proficiency in Xero bookkeeping software
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven track record of prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Chat)
