Job Description
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s expansion strategy, tasked with identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in untapped commercial sectors. Responsibilities
- Spearhead cold calling campaigns using curated lists of high-potential clients, showcasing our cleaning services to new market segments
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and profile promising leads in target commercial sectors, ensuring a tailored approach to each prospect
- Engage with decision-makers to qualify leads, addressing their specific needs and scheduling follow-up appointments for detailed discussions
- Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions within our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up processes
- Collaborate closely with management to develop and refine lead generation strategies, adapting to market trends and client feedback
- Produce comprehensive reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and market insights to guide business strategy
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition and differentiators to potential clients
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation or cold calling, preferably within the service industry sector
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers and build rapport quickly over the phone
- Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and navigate complex sales conversations
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software, with a knack for leveraging technology to enhance productivity
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting while maintaining high performance standards
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal results
- Familiarity with the cleaning industry or facility management is a plus, but not required
