Responsibilities:

    • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.

    • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

    • Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

    • Manage and Collaborate: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional marketing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

    • Marketing Budget: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

    • KPIs: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.

    • Stay up-to-date: With industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.

    • Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a senior or leadership marketing role. With proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Marketing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Skills: Developing and executing social media strategies for both companies and individual executives. Proficient in email marketing, marketing automation (HubSpot), marketing operations, Canva, WordPress, research, data management, and analysis.
    • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Efficiency: Proven ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
