Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of this dental care revolution, playing a crucial role in enhancing patient experiences and streamlining operations. Responsibilities
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls with patients and dental offices
- Schedule and confirm Invisalign treatment appointments, ensuring smooth coordination between patients and dentists
- Provide comprehensive information about Invisalign services, addressing patient inquiries with expertise and empathy
- Utilize CRM and ticketing systems to maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
- Implement effective patient tracking and follow-up processes to ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer service issues promptly and efficiently
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and patient satisfaction metrics
- Stay updated on the latest Invisalign technologies and treatment options to provide accurate information to patients
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a focus on clear and empathetic customer interactions
- Proficiency in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and general computer applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Patient and empathetic approach to customer service, with a genuine desire to help others
- Basic understanding of dental or healthcare terminology (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, potentially including some evening or weekend shifts to accommodate patient needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Team player mentality with the capability to work independently when needed
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field is a plus
