Key Responsibilities:
● Design & Branding: Develop and execute design concepts for branding, marketing, and advertising materials that align with the company's vision and goals.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm andconceptualize ideas that meet client requirements and project objectives.
● Visual Asset Creation: Create and edit designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce high-quality visual assets for both print and digital platforms.
● Brand Management: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of visual elements across all communication channels.
● Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining design accuracy and quality.
● Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously enhance skills and output.


Qualifications:
● Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and advertising.
● Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with strong skills in typography, color theory, and layout design.
● Branding Experience: Experience in creating and managing brand guidelines.
● Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
● Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
● Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and experience is required.
