About the Role
An established post-production VFX studio is seeking a skilled motion designer with art direction experience to join their creative team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects while bringing creative vision and expertise to the studio's diverse portfolio of work. Remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for motion design projects
• Lead the visual direction of projects while maintaining client brand standards
• Create sophisticated motion graphics and animations for various media platforms
• Collaborate with VFX teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced motion design skills and art direction capabilities
• Extensive knowledge of industry-standard software (After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.)
• Proven track record of leading creative direction on professional projects
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
• Experience working with high-profile clients and managing expectations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
