Teramind is seeking a strategic Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive channel expansion and partner-led revenue growth. In this role you will lead marketing efforts to support Teramind partner team enablement, drive new partner acquisition, expand sales with existing partners and uncover new revenue channels. You will create integrated marketing programs to enable and motivate our partner network across various segments. Your role will span from go-to-market strategies for launching products and solutions to contributing to thought leadership, and expanding market opportunities for Teramind and our partners. Experience in channel and solution marketing with a strategic approach is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy measurable marketing programs and events designed to raise internal awareness and external global brand recognition, converting awareness to Teramind and Partner-originated leads and opportunities.
  • Partner with product management and sales to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for existing and new solutions and partners.
  • Craft positioning and messaging for Teramind's initiatives and products throughout the entire partner funnel, from onboarding to education and ongoing product updates.
  • Create key sales tools including solution briefs, case studies, competitive positioning, and customer-facing resources.
  • Provide event planning and support that helps ensure continuous partner integration across all types of partner events.
  • Develop thought leadership content and strategy, building relationships with partner stakeholders, subject matter experts and customer champions.
  • Lead Teramind's partner initiatives through integrated marketing spanning web, social, demand generation, adoption, press, analysts, events, and more.
  • Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Continually monitor, analyze, and optimize partner programs and expand partner sales using data.
  • Build relationships and earn trust with partner key stakeholders and regional representatives to localize, scale, and support programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of partner marketing experience in enterprise software, with a strong focus on channel marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in partner ecosystem development, including partner recruitment, enablement, and growth programs
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive partner engagement and revenue.
  • Strong skills in creating partner-facing marketing collateral and enablement resources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating marketing strategies to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using partner relationship management (PRM) tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in measuring and reporting on partner marketing program performance and ROI.
  • Ability to build and nurture strategic relationships with partners to foster collaboration and growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of user activity monitoring, insider risk management, data loss prevention, and compliance enforcement.
  • Experience with partner strategies with complex SaaS solutions and use cases.
  • Strategic understanding of various components of a typical security stack, including UAM and DLP products and data security governance programs.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in technology partner ecosystems
