Job Description for Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within specified industry parameters
  • Perform skip tracing to locate hard-to-reach individuals or businesses
  • Verify and validate contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Create comprehensive lead lists for multiple campaigns
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date information in the company’s database
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively across various campaign requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation or data mining
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using online research tools and databases
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools


Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred
  • Proven experience in lead generation or data mining
