UX / UI Designer

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences by understanding user needs, conducting research, and designing user interfaces that optimize usability and functionality.

Requirements

Deep understanding and experience in concept development, visual exploration, and final execution of design directions. Works collaboratively across teams to ensure on-brand and technically sound visual design solutions. Key competencies include concept development for mobile applications. Strong understanding of Information Architecture, usability, and overall user interface issues and the ability to apply that knowledge in producing interactive solutions.

Specific requirements:

• Deep expertise in user experience and / or visual design
  
• Should be an expert in Figma
  
• Guide other contributors on workflow, component composition and auto-layout norms,
  
• A detail-oriented individual
  
• Ensure high quality, pixel perfect design assets
  
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in Design
  
• Requirement: Loyalty or airline industry experience
