Role Overview

The Talent Marketing Director will shape and lead Edge's employer branding and talent attraction strategy, ensuring the company is recognized as a top employer in our global markets. This role will focus on creating compelling campaigns, leveraging digital platforms, and collaborating cross-functionally to attract top-tier talent while reinforcing our unique culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a global employer branding strategy that reflects Edge’s mission, culture, and opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership, HR and in-market teams to define the unique employee value proposition (EVP) and promote it across all channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in talent attraction.

Talent Marketing Campaigns

  • Create and manage campaigns that highlight employee stories, company achievements, and career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams to develop content, including videos, blogs, social media posts, and career site materials.
  • Optimize paid and organic strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Run in-market events to promote Edge and educate prospective associates.

Partnerships & Outreach

  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry groups, and external recruiters to amplify Edge’s presence.
  • Drive initiatives to engage diverse talent pools and expand brand reach in global communities.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent marketing efforts, such as engagement, application rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Continuously improve strategies based on data insights and feedback.

QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, consumer marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing employer branding strategies.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, and SEO.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in tech or fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with global organizations
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus
