Job Description: 3D Character Artist and Animator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Character Artist and Animator to bring our hyper-realistic animated character to life. You will play a pivotal role in character rigging, modeling, animation, and integration into live-action footage. Collaborating closely with our team and influencers, you will transform storyboards and voiceovers into captivating visual content.

Responsibilities:

• Facial Rigging: Develop a comprehensive facial rig for the character to enable expressive and lifelike animations.
  
• Modeling: Design and create realistic teeth and tongue models to enhance the character's overall appearance.
  
• Re-Weighting and Texturing: Re-weight the character's mesh, apply realistic textures, and refine coloring for a hyper-realistic (non-shiny) finish.
  
• Animation: Collaborate with the team to produce animations based on provided storyboards, synchronizing them with voiceovers.
  
• Integration with Video Footage: Seamlessly superimpose the animated character into live-action scenes filmed by influencers, ensuring realistic blending and interaction.
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a 3D animator or similar role is required for this position
  
• Proficiency in Blender and other relevant 3D software.
  
• Strong expertise in character rigging, particularly facial rigging.
  
• Advanced skills in hyper-realistic texturing and modeling.
  
• Experience in crafting animations that align with storyboards and integrate voiceovers.
  
• Knowledge of compositing techniques to merge 3D characters with live-action footage.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to meet project deadlines.
  

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week to start but more hours may be required during the first 1-2 months
  
• Monday to Friday, flexible hours but preferably with overlap during US time zone (EST) for meeting s and follow up
  

Additional Information:

• You will be provided with detailed storyboards and voiceovers for animation production.
  
• Close collaboration with our team and influencers is essential for achieving seamless character integration into live-action settings.
