BidMachine Real-Time Ad Exchange is looking for a Rust Engineer

Your Job

• Take part in real-time ad exchange development. Contribute to a custom in-house developed ad exchange,
  actively engaging with a small team, and impact a product utilized by 3 billion unique users worldwide.
• Focus on performance optimizations, including Docker and Kubernetes on-premise environments.
• Handle traffic scaling and ensure system reliability.

Our Tech Stack

• Rust/Scala, Kafka, SQL, Redis, ScyllaDB, WASM, Docker, Kubernetes, Github, On-Prem.

Your profile for this job

• Proficient with Rust.
• 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Basic advertising protocols knowledge (OpenRTB, MRAID, VAST) and programmatic advertising mechanisms in
  general.
• Ability to handle high traffic load and optimize performance.

Nice to have

• system programming experience.
• functional programming experience (Scala, Haskell, OCaml).
• WASM and WASI experience.
• game theory or math modeling experience.
• autonomous, self-driven, and able to work independently.
• passionate about new technologies and coding.
