ASSOCIATE CONVERSION RATE OPTIMIZATION (CRO) MANAGER
About the Role:
As the Junior CRO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in researching and optimizing our website’s performance and enhancing the overall user experience. You will leverage your expertise in the industry to drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and engaging journey throughout our luxury fragrance subscription products.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Conversion Rate Optimisation: contribute to the research, ideation, planning, and execution of CRO strategies aimed at increasing the conversion rates across our website and apps.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the customer journey.
- Conduct a variety of A/B user research, and data analysis to inform decision-making. Drive the implementation of A/B and multivariate testing to refine page elements based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve the overall usability, navigation, and aesthetics of our website and apps, ensuring a user-centric and mobile first approach.
- Work closely with the Development, Design, Marketing, and Analytics teams to align on priorities, implement changes, and track the impact of CRO initiatives.
- Explore industry best practices and emerging trends in subscriptions and CRO, applying relevant insights to Scentbird's strategies.
- Regularly report on CRO progress, test outcomes, and conversion metrics to stakeholders and leadership.

What You’ll Need to Have:
- 1+ years of experience in a role turning data (qualitative and quantitative) into insights which become tests (or action) through analysis, creativity and communication with the following experiences:
- A/B testing processes and understanding of related statistical analysis.
- Use of site analytics and optimization software packages (e.g. Google Analytics, VWO, Mixpanel, Clarity)
- Analysis of quantitative data (web metrics, revenue reporting, etc.) and qualitative data (surveys, screen recordings, etc.) to develop insights about the user.
- Experience running user research projects from start to finish (segmentation, usability, etc.) and turn them into actionable plans to improve our website.
- Ability to build, design and execute CRO roadmaps
- Understanding of best UX/UI principles and practices to build a converting and user centric website.
- Track record of successful CRO initiatives.
