Senior Back-End Developer (Python)

Your mission

Location: Fully Remote (CET Time Zone)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Start Date: Second Week of January 2025

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, specifically utilizing the Django framework, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust back-end solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain back-end applications using Python and Django
• Design and implement RESTful APIs that handle several hundred requests per minute
• Integrate with various systems, including Microsoft 365, Exchange Servers, Google Calendar, HubSpot, etc
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality
• Utilize SQL for effective data management and database interactions
• Work within a Linux development environment and employ containerization tools like Docker
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and promoting best practices.

Your profile

• Proven experience as a Back-End Developer, with a strong emphasis on Python and Django
• In-depth understanding of RESTful API design and development
• Solid experience with SQL and database management
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for high-traffic applications
• Experience working with integrations involving Microsoft 365, Exchange Servers, Google Calendar, and other third-party services
• Comfortable working in a Linux development environment
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
