🔍 We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager who will be a part of the Marketing team and who will be responsible for the demand generation plan for an assigned sales territory (EMEA) through several marketing channels, including but not limited to: field marketing events, sales collateral, account-based efforts, prospect targeting, and more.
Planing and hosting online and offline events to create net new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities, and deepen our existing customer relationships.
To strategize, build, and execute integrated field campaigns that involve email marketing, direct mail marketing, content marketing, and other channels as you see fit.
Creating, expanding, and accelerating sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing campaigns as needed, including increasing brand awareness, testing messages, and driving leads and MQLs for the sales region.
Supporting Partner Marketing activities from approval of the campaign through execution as required.
Ensuring all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, and measure and report on their effectiveness.

✔️ What you bring to the table:
2-3+ years of experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing.
Exemplary communication skills without a fear of over-communication. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Capacity to empathize with the needs and experiences of IT leaders, IT ops practitioners, and developers.
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Experience running marketing to develop DACH, BENELUX, Nordics, and/or UK & Ireland.
Robust understanding of marketing to the automotive and tech sectors.
