Introduction:We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant with expertise in SEO, content creation, and marketing automation tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. This role involves supporting digital marketing efforts through keyword research, on-page optimization, AI-assisted content development, and campaign management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and skilled in creating and optimizing content that drives organic growth and enhances marketing performance.

Title:Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • SEO Support:Conduct keyword research, optimize web pages and blog posts for search engines, and ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.
  • AI-Assisted Content Creation:Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft, refine, and publish high-quality marketing copy, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Marketing Automation:Manage campaigns, workflows, and audience segmentation in platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to support lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting:Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide insights to refine content and campaign strategies.
  • Content Management:Assist in maintaining a content calendar, updating website content, and ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media & Email Support:Help create and schedule social media posts, and assist with email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and performance tracking.
  • General Marketing Support:Assist the marketing team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, on-page optimization, and keyword research.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in creating audience-focused content.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and their use in streamlining content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic understanding of social media and email marketing best practices.
