Job Description
As the Employee Experience & Benefits Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across a globally distributed team. Your focus will be on fostering engagement, managing global benefits programs, and supporting a people-first approach that balances performance with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Experience management 60%
- Analyze employee engagement and satisfaction data to recommend and implement improvements.
- Update and maintain global employee handbooks, reflecting organizational values and legal requirements.
- Address employee relations concerns, mediating conflicts and providing policy clarification.
- Global Benefits management 30%
- Design and manage global benefits programs, ensuring alignment with employee needs and market trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees for benefits-related inquiries and guidance.
- Collaborate with EOR providers to maintain benefits parity and compliance.
- Self - Development (10%)
- Staying up to date with all the relevant industry trends (both in terms of HR & business we are in)
- Research best & next practices - what other companies do & why, can any of it be applied to our company/culture
- Work on innovative & crazy ideas & formulate proposals to make things better - faster, less costly or more convenient
- Join other departmental or cross-functional projects to stretch yourself
- Develop internal & external relationships with colleagues to build network
- Foster strong commercial acumen by following company business updates, taking an interest in how the company performs
Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in HR, benefits administration, or employee engagement roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred
- Knowledge: Expertise in global benefits management and experience in analyzing engagement data.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication (English obligatory, second language is an advantage), and data analysis capabilities.
- Mindset: Empathetic, employee-focused, and motivated to create a thriving organizational culture.
- German language is a big plus
