We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO with essential administrative tasks. This role requires strong English proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
This is a part-time position, 20-hours per week and will follow US business working hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and organize the CEO's emails to identify action items.
- Summarize key points and follow up as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and relevant materials
- Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling and minimal conflicts.
- Anticipate and address scheduling needs proactively.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Ensure itineraries are well-organized and align with the CEO’s schedule
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and email management systems.
- Familiarity with international travel processes and logistics.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
