This position is being added to support the company's growing payroll operations and financial data management needs. The role will focus on critical payroll processing and reporting tasks while ensuring accurate and organized data management across multiple platforms.
The Impact you’ll make
Core Payroll Functions- Process regular payroll through the ADP system
- Submit and track retirement calculations
- Run workers comp payroll reports
- Maintain accurate payroll records
- Ensure timely processing of all payroll items
Data Management & Organization- Extract and organize data from Service Titan reports
- Create and maintain organized spreadsheets
- Compile data from multiple sources
- Generate accurate financial reports
- Maintain systematic digital filing
System & Software Administration- Utilize ADP for payroll processing
- Work with Service Titan reporting system
- Manage Google Suite documents and spreadsheets
- Support QuickBooks Online operations (if experienced)
- Maintain data accuracy across platforms
Documentation & Reporting- Organize and maintain payroll documentation
- Create comprehensive reports as needed
- Ensure accurate record-keeping
- Maintain confidential information
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll processing or related financial data management
- 1+ years experience with Excel and spreadsheet management
- Proven experience with data compilation and reporting
- Demonstrated experience with Google Suite applications
- Background in maintaining confidential financial information
- Experience working in a professional business environment
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...
Work Setup:- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:- Schedule to be determined, working within PST business hours (Pacific Standard Time)
- 4 hours a day / 20 hours a week
Compensation:- $8 per hour
