Why this role exists
Our client needs a proactive Sales Development Representative who can independently manage their outbound prospecting efforts. Due to challenges in effectively managing email domains and building quality contact lists, they're seeking someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. This role is crucial for developing and executing multi-channel outreach strategies while maintaining high-quality email domain management.
The Impact you’ll make
Lead Research & List Building- Build comprehensive prospect lists using Seamless.ai and LinkedIn
- Conduct thorough background research on potential clients
- Create and maintain detailed contact databases
- Develop targeted company and contact lists
Email Domain Management- Create and effectively warm up new email domains
- Manage multiple email domains simultaneously
- Monitor and maintain email deliverability
- Implement best practices for domain health
Outbound Prospecting- Execute strategic cold-calling campaigns
- Conduct targeted email outreach
- Set and manage appointments
- Track and document all prospect interactions
Process Development- Create efficient list-building workflows
- Develop and optimize outreach sequences
- Document best practices and procedures
- Maintain organized prospect records
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- 2+ years of B2B sales development experience, including:
- Cold calling and appointment setting
- Email domain management and warming
- List building using Seamless.ai and LinkedIn
- Contact research and database management
- Advanced proficiency in required tools:
- Seamless.ai
- LinkedIn
- Microsoft Suite
- Teams
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...
Work Setup:- Remote position

Working Hours:- Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time)
- 40 hours a week
Compensation:- $5 per hour
