This position is critical in transforming the agency's data management and analysis processes, particularly in addressing the current challenges with manual data processing and spreadsheet management. The role will help establish more efficient systems for handling lead management, sales data, and commission tracking while supporting the agency's transition to a more robust data warehouse and BI infrastructure.
The Impact you’ll make
Data Management & Analysis- Create and maintain dashboards using compiled spreadsheet information
- Download and analyze daily sales data
- Compare Allstate policy termination lists with commission records
- Track and analyze lead performance metrics
- Consolidate team reports and sales data into actionable dashboards
- Monitor and report sales team performance through dashboards
Lead Management- Review and process daily submission of unqualified data leads
- Submit ineligible leads to vendors
- Analyze lead quality and conversion rates
- Submit and manage phone numbers for anti-spam measures
- Support life policy underwriting processes and follow-up documentation
- Track underwriting status and maintain follow-up schedules
System Optimization- Assist in developing data warehouse solutions
- Help implement BI tools to replace manual spreadsheet processes
- Manage data across multiple platforms
- Streamline reporting processes
Quality Assurance- Manage call logs
- Upload and organize recorded calls for review
- Ensure data accuracy across all platforms
- Maintain data integrity in all reports
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet management
- Experience with CRM and lead management systems
- Understanding of insurance industry data preferred
- Basic software development or engineering background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
Your Superpowers:Technical Skills:- Advanced Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience with Ricochet360 or similar lead management systems
- Knowledge of Agency Zoom or similar commission tracking tools
- RingCentral proficiency
- Data visualization and dashboard creation
- Basic software development understanding
- Familiarity with BI tools

- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- 40 hours per week
Compensation:- $7 per hour
