We are seeking a talented individual to join our Software Asset Management team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Cluj, Romania.

The Software Asset Management Analyst provides support throughout the software asset lifecycle to help optimize value, cost, and reduce risk associated with software ownership. This includes operational support for software asset management initiatives such as software reclamation and software blacklisting, as well as preparing regular reports for the team.

Take on responsibility for operational aspects within the software asset management team;
Provide support throughout the software asset lifecycle to help optimize value, cost, and reduce risk associated with software ownership;
Prepare regular reports that can be reviewed and actioned by other members of the Software Asset Management team;
Engage with and assist internal clients with ad-hoc reporting requests and inquiries, software downloads, and license availability checks as needed;
Manage the day-to-day running of software reclamation campaigns, including managing the reclamation SharePoint site and software blacklisting process;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
Demonstrable experience within a software asset management position;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a strong knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of asset management processes and procedures, as well as solid knowledge of asset lifecycle and best practices
Certified Software Asset Manager qualification.
BI (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik) skills or certification.
