Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an SEO & Content Manager to drive organic growth and create compelling content tailored to the German crypto market.

In this role, you will be optimizing our web presence, conducting keyword research, managing SEO strategies, and creating high-quality content that educates and engages our target audience.

Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Implementation:

   • Conduct thorough keyword research for the German crypto audience.

   • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

   • Analyze website performance and implement improvements based on analytics.

2. Content Management:

   • Manage and localize articles, blog posts, and landing pages for the German audience.

   • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns.

   • Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

   • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of SEO and content strategies.

   • Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.

4. Market Research:

   • Stay updated on German crypto trends, regulations, and audience behavior.

   • Adapt strategies to address market-specific challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in SEO and content creation, preferably in the crypto, finance, or tech industry.
• Language Skills: Native German speaker with fluent English.
• SEO Expertise: Proven ability to perform keyword research, use SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics), and implement best practices.
• Analytics-Driven: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Crypto Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with technical SEO and managing large content platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Knowledge of Web3 and NFT ecosystems.
• Established relationships in the German crypto community (forums, influencers, etc.).
