Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to assist in digitizing supplier invoices from multiple coffee shops. This is a critical project that involves organizing and inputting large volumes of data into a structured format for business analysis.

This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Due to the volume of work, we may hire multiple specialists to complete the project by the specified timeline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice Data Digitization: Accurately enter data from PDF or image invoices into a pre-defined Google Sheets template or create a customized spreadsheet as needed.
  • Data Verification: Ensure all data entries are error-free, consistent, and complete.
  • Organization: Maintain proper organization of invoices and associated digital files for easy reference.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the project lead to resolve any discrepancies or uncertainties in the invoices.
  • Timely Completion: Meet the project’s deadline of digitizing invoices from 9 cafes with several suppliers by the end of January or mid February.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably handling large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with invoice layouts and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
