Job Summary:

Flex Living is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our flexible accommodation business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and providing exceptional support to our clients.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Slack).

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

* Fluent in written and verbal English

* A reliable mobile phone, laptop, and internet connection

* Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis

* Ability to work more than the normal working hours and extra days when needed

* A desire to commit to a long-term career with our company

Working Hours:

The standard working hours for this position are from 8 am to 5 pm UK time during the week.

6 working days with 1 day off (Sunday), this will become 5 working days with 2 days off when you get promoted to senior distribution assistant.
