Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Website SEO and Google Ads Specialist to help us improve our website’s search engine ranking, increase organic traffic, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing SEO strategies, as well as overseeing the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Execution

  • Conduct website audits to identify SEO opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing meta tags, headers, keyword research, and content updates.
  • Optimize website structure and navigation to improve search engine crawlability and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Track keyword rankings and continuously refine SEO strategies based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation.
  • Build and manage backlinks, as well as identify opportunities for link-building campaigns.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and algorithm updates in SEO to ensure the website stays competitive.

Google Ads Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) to drive relevant traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for effective ad campaigns.
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for maximum ad effectiveness.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop landing page strategies that support paid search efforts.
  • Set up tracking and reporting for all campaigns, providing regular performance insights and recommendations.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate and present regular reports on SEO and Google Ads performance, highlighting key metrics and growth opportunities.
  • Use A/B testing and analytics to refine paid search strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations for adjusting strategies based on analytical insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.) and their practical application.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience in keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and Google Data Studio is a plus.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive measurable ROI.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to guide decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Must have experience with SHOWit Website Platform for SEO.
