We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Social Media Specialist to support our branding and marketing efforts during a critical project-based period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, professional graphics for digital platforms, including social media, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Design visually compelling content aligned with The Firm Exp.’s brand identity and values.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost online presence and engage target audiences across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and legal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and effective.
• Edit and optimize photos and videos for social media and promotional use.
• Track social media performance metrics and provide insights to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design and social media management (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Knowledge of social media platforms relevant to professional and legal consulting audiences (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals.
• Experience in working with professional services or legal industries is a plus.
