Media Producer/Graphic Designer

What you will do:

TST seeks a Part-Time (10-20 hours weekly) skilled Graphic Designer to build media for display, video and audio marketing. We are looking for candidates to help convert client needs and requirements into graphically innovative digital designs, marketing and outreach materials.

Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts to plan and develop content, style, and layout. Conceptualize and execute day-to-day graphic design support across various teams by transforming information into engaging visuals and graphics to fully communicate ideas and concepts appropriately to the specific audiences.

Develop graphic materials that align with the client's voice and objectives.

• Develop visual material while adhering to guidelines and ensuring proper messaging is being executed in all products.
• Execute projects from concept to final delivery, including all versioning, in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment under dynamic deadlines.
• Prepare files for digital disbursement within required specifications.
• Manage your own workload and ensure deadlines are met.
• Present drafts to clients/team members for feedback.
• Demonstrate the ability to be highly creative while working within tight timelines and established guidelines; the ability to juggle priorities and satisfy the competing needs of various stakeholders; and demonstrate excellent communication and diplomacy skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years’ relevant work experience.
• Experience with designing for multiple platforms including digital, print, social media, web, and presentations.
• Experience in building compelling digital advertising to IAB specs.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere, After Effects).
• Knowledge of visual design principals with an emphasis on layout, typography, and visual identity.
• Strong organizational skills (e.g. time management, communication, setting goals, delegation, working under pressure, self-motivation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail).
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communications including the ability to communicate with clients, customers, and other designers to ensure that designs accurately and effectively convey information.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize numerous projects happening concurrently.
• Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphic design competencies

Nice If You Have:

• Photography, videography, illustration, and animation.
• Website design experience.
• Bachelors or advanced degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Security Clearance:

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a government clearance if required/needed.

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary.
