JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by managing inquiries, coordinating sample orders, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as exceptional organizational and communication skills.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws.Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

1. Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certifications preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.

2. Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
